Weld Quality Assurance: ITP development, surveillance plans, hold/witness points, NCR management, and continuous improvement actions.
Fabrication Readiness & Fit-Up: Oversight of joint preparation, alignment, root integrity, and distortion control in shop and field conditions.
Risk & Integrity Management: Criticality-based inspection planning, RBI inputs, and weld repair optimization to protect schedule and cost.
Documentation & Turnover: Compilation of weld books/data dossiers, traceability, MDR completion, and support to final mechanical completion.
