Risk & Integrity Management: Criticality-based inspection planning, RBI inputs, and weld repair optimization to protect schedule and cost.
Documentation & Turnover: Compilation of weld books/data dossiers, traceability, MDR completion, and support to final mechanical completion.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Interface with engineering, construction, third-party inspectors, and certification bodies; vendor surveillance.
HSE & Process Safety Integration: Safe execution of hot work, gas testing, confined space controls, and defect elimination culture.
